2. What this website and the app are
Hevelly is a tool for keeping track of your own net worth, subscriptions and gift cards. You enter the figures yourself; they are stored on your device. The app is free. A paid plan, Hevelly Plus, is planned and is described on the pricing page. Using the app is governed by the terms of service, and the handling of personal data by the privacy policy.
Hevelly is not a financial institution, does not hold or move money, does not connect to bank, broker or exchange accounts, and does not give financial, tax or investment advice.
3. Using this website
You may browse this website freely. You agree not to use it, or the app, in a way that is unlawful, that harms other people, or that interferes with how they work (for example by probing, overloading or attempting to break into them).
4. Intellectual property
The Hevelly name, wordmark, mark, design, texts and software are the property of Hevelly Tech SL or are used under licence. You may not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works from them without written permission, beyond what the law allows (for example quoting or private use). The figures you enter in the app are yours and stay yours.
Names of banks, brokers, exchanges and retailers that you type into the app belong to their owners. Hevelly shows them as plain text and ships no third-party logos.
5. Liability for content and links
We take care that this website is accurate and available, but we cannot promise it is free of errors or interruptions at all times. Exchange rates and prices shown in the app come from third-party sources and may be delayed or wrong; they are for your own reference only. Where this website links to other sites, we are not responsible for their content.
Nothing in this notice limits any liability that cannot be limited under Spanish or EU law.
6. Personal data and cookies
How we handle personal data is described in the privacy policy. This website and the app set no cookies. The app stores your data and a few settings in your browser's own storage on your device, which is strictly necessary for it to work.
7. Applicable law
This notice is governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer living in another EU country, you also keep the protections of the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence.
